Refund policy

SymbolArts ensures that every item you purchase at our online store meets your standards or you can return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery. The product must be returned in new condition with original packaging and accessories. To initiate a refund, please send an email with your order number, name, and email address to customerservice@symbolarts.com for further instruction.

Custom Order Items - We are not able to refund made to order badges and coins created for specific department landing pages. These items are often custom engraved and require a 10 to 16 week lead time for production. If you received your order and it is incorrect, please reach out to your sales rep or customerservice@symbolarts.com
