I purchased a challenge coin to give as part of a scholarship award along with a certificate, but wanted it to be more usable, so purchased the keyframe as well so it could be used as a keychain. It fit the coin perfectly. The shipment arrived quickly. It it simple, yet functional, so serves its purpose.
Order was good
I just ordered the wrong size
I purchased 4 of these coin keyframes for 1.75" custom coins we are presenting as awards. Of the four keyframes only two held the coin tightly, the other two, the coins were loose regardless of tightening the nut. Symbol Arts did send me 1 replacement keyframe, but that too, did not hold the coin tightly. After some measurements, I think the keyframe is designed for coins that are 45mm (1.77") which is oversized enough to not hold 1.75" coins.
If you don't mind the coins spinning in the keyframe, then they do present nicely. Unfortunately for us, we will not be able to use these keyframes and will likely look for a different way of presenting them.

Hello John, our keyframes are listed as 1.75 inches which would not be the proper size for a silver dollar. We do not carry other sizes. I've sent you an email about initiating a return. Please respond, and we can help you with the refund.
I thought it was a holder for AA recovery coins. It's way too big.
