    As an army veteran who gets treated at the VA hospital, I have had a series of hospitalizations at the VA since 2021. Along the way I have had service from the doctors and nurses and everyone at the VA. I started giving the coins out as to say thank you and to let them know that someone really appreciates what they do for us. Unfortunately healthcare workers don't get a lot of thank yous so coins chosen that somebody appreciates what they do and they were taken with happiness and it was nice to know that somebody appreciates what they do. And I've had to purchase 36 coins cuz I've given out that many and the recipients love them

    A really nice way to say thank you when you present someone a "Thanks a Million" coin to someone in the medical field who has gone above and beyond the their standards when you might visit a medical facility. It really does makes someone's day when you hand them a coin.and say "thank you". Just a fantastic way to show your appreciation for a "job well done."
